We usually deliver our products with DHL, Deutsche Post and DHL Express.

You will find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation. If you cannot find the number, then we have sent your package using a “large letter” format. Please allow 5 – 7 days for delivery.

What can I do if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Standard shipping: If you should not be at home when your order arrives, then you will find a notice indicating where you can pick up your parcel.
Express Shipping: the courier will need a signature for verification.
Large letter: You should find the so-called “maxi-letter” in your mailbox.

What can I do if my order does not arrive?
If you have not received your package within ten days, then please contact our service hotline: +49 (0)89 628 25 160 - Mon-Fri, from 9am - 5pm.
